1. The Products

These terms govern your use of the buildyourbizapp website (the "Site") and any digital products purchased or downloaded through it, including the free guide and the Prompt Pack products ("Products"). By using the Site or purchasing a Product, you agree to these terms.

2. License to use the Products

When you purchase or download a Product, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use its contents for your own business purposes, including building applications for your own clients. You may not:

Resell, redistribute, or share the Products or their contents with anyone who has not purchased them
Repackage the Products, in whole or in part, as your own course, guide, or product
Publicly post the prompts, schema templates, or guide contents

3. No refunds

All purchases are final. Because Products are delivered instantly and electronically, we do not offer refunds once a purchase is complete. Please review the product page carefully before buying.

4. Earnings and results disclaimer

Any income figures, client fees, or outcomes referenced on this Site (including the $500–$1,000 build fee and $100/month maintenance figures) are illustrative examples based on one real project. They are not guarantees, promises, or typical results. Your results depend on your own effort, skill, market conditions, and factors outside our control. We make no representation that following this framework will result in any specific income or outcome.

5. Not professional advice

Content on this Site and in the Products is educational only. It is not legal, financial, tax, or business advice. You should consult qualified professionals (an accountant, lawyer, or business advisor) before making decisions based on this content, including decisions about business structure, taxes, contracts with your own clients, or pricing.

6. Third-party tools and services

The Products reference and rely on third-party tools, including Claude Code, Supabase, Netlify, and Stripe. These services have their own terms, pricing, and availability, which we do not control. buildyourbizapp is not responsible for changes, outages, or costs associated with third-party services.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, buildyourbizapp and its owner are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Products, including any business losses, lost income, or client disputes arising from work you perform using the framework or templates provided.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
